As far as most of our members receive mails from us, I have no idea, waht could be the problem with your e-mail. If I may suggest, you should change your e-mail address, and try a new one. Hope that'll work.

Oh One more thought. There is a "I don't want to receive emails from MyPokerMates" button in your profile/settings menu. It might be active...
